Construction

Le secteur de la construction représente l’une des plus importantes industries d’Europe avec plus de 12 millions d’employés parmi les citoyens de l’UE. 99 % des entreprises du secteur européen de la construction sont des PME et elles produisent 80 % du chiffre d’affaires du secteur. La normalisation est une question très importante dans ce secteur. Sur le plan stratégique, NORMAPME est active au sein du Comité permanent de la construction de la Commission européenne chargé de définir la politique européenne du secteur de la construction et d’approuver les normes harmonisées, ainsi qu’au sein des groupes de travail horizontaux EOTA et CEN liés au domaine de la construction. De plus, NORMAPME participe à de nombreux CT liés à la construction et importants pour les PME.

• Call for experts to set up guidelines for Specific Technical Documentation (STD) according to Construction Products Regulation.
  On 1st July 2013, new harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products will come into force. The respective European Construction Products Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 (in the following: CPR) now provides Simplified Procedures in cases of (a) the determination of a producttype on the basis of type‐testing for the Assessment and Verification of Constancy of Performance (AVCP) systems 3 and 4 and (b) the performance assessment of construction products manufactured in a non‐series process.
